Jen has worked in environmental education programs, in the areas of water, salmon, forest and wildlife ecology, and energy for non-profits, local governments and utilities. She is driven to connect learners with the resources and systems that support us, through BC curriculum-linked field trip programming, engaging tours and workshops, and outreach materials. Over the years, Jen has had the opportunity to engage with tens of thousands of program participants, school aged through seniors, and lead teams of passionate staff. She is excited continue this work with Stanley Park Ecology through strong teamwork and relationships with SPE's partners.
Jen has a BSc in Biology from University of British Columbia and spent much of her career working in the watersheds of the PNW. On days away from work, you can find her hiking, biking or skiing on local trails or offering words of encouragement to her veggie garden - often with Cypress the dog in tow.
