Join one of our fall planting events sponsored by Tree Canada. We will be planting at a site that was disturbed by the Western hemlock Looper moth near Prospect Point. By participating, you will help contribute to habitat restoration and biodiversity conservation in Stanley Park. Stanley Park Ecology staff will provide a demonstration on how to plant for restoration projects and will supply the necessary tools and equipment for the day. Plants and other equipment have been provided by our generous partners at Tree Canada and the Vancouver Park Board.

We will meet at the Prospect Point Lookout Parking Lot (5601 Stanley Park Dr, Vancouver, BC V6G 3H5) at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Please note that this site is not transit accessible (it is about a 30-minute uphill walk from the bus loop), but there is (paid) parking available at Prospect Point Lookout and the Prospect Point Picnic Area.

To attend, you must register online before the event. There will be a sign-in sheet on the morning of the event.

Registration for this event will be on Better Impact. Register here to create a Better Impact profile. Once you have created a profile, you will be able to register for this and all future EcoStewards sessions via Better Impact.
