How to Book a Field Trip

Follow the steps below to book your field trip:

1. Head to the Field Trip Booking Page: https://StanleyParkEcology.as.me/
2. Choose Your Season: September-March or April-June
3. Select Your Program and Grade Level:
   • For Pre K-Grade 3: 1 hour 30 minutes
   • For Grade 4-12: 2 hours
   • Note: We can accommodate up to 30 students per booking. Please reach out if you’d like to come with a larger group.
4. Select Your Date and Time:
   • Use the calendar to select an available date.
   • Choose a time slot that best suits your group. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, so book early to secure your preferred date.
5. Provide Group Details:
   • Fill in the required fields with your contact information, school or group name, and the number of participants.
   • Indicate any special requirements or accommodations needed for your group.
6. Payment:
   • To confirm your booking, select Pay Now for credit card payment, or Pay Later if you wish to pay in cash or cheque.
   • If you select Pay Later, you will be contacted with an invoice for the program and further instructions.
7. Receive Confirmation:
   • You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your booking. Please keep this email for your records.
8. Prepare for Your Visit:
   • Before your visit, ensure all participants are dressed appropriately for the weather and ready to explore the natural wonders of Stanley Park.
