Join one of our special fall planting events sponsored by Tree Canada. We will be planting at a site that was disturbed by the Western hemlock Looper on South Creek trail. Help us contribute to habitat conservation and restoration, and preserve the biodiversity in Stanley Park. SPES staff will teach you how to plant for restoration projects and will provide the tools and equipment necessary for the day. Plants and other equipment have been provided by our generous partners at Tree Canada and the Vancouver Park Board.
We will be meeting outside of the SPES office (610 Pipeline Rd, Vancouver, BC V6G 3E2) at 10:00 am on the day of the event. To attend you must register online before the event. There will be a sign-in sheet on the morning of the event.
