SUMMARY:TD Green Space & Arbor Day Foundation Planting Event
DESCRIPTION:Come join us for a special planting event sponsored by TD Green Space/the Arbor Day Foundation. Help us contribute to habitat conservation and restoration\, and preserve the biodiversity in Stanley Park by planting native herbs\, ferns\, shrubs\, and trees in disturbed parts of the park. We will be planting in an area north of Beaver Lake as part of one our biggest planting seasons ever. SPES staff will teach the skills and techniques needed for planting\, and tools\, plants\, and other equipment has been provided by our generous partners at TD Green Space/the Arbor Day Foundation and the Vancouver Park Board. Register here \n\n\n\nThis event will begin outside of the SPES Office (610 Pipeline Rd\, Vancouver\, BC V6G 3E2) at 10 am. Registration is required to attend.
