If you don’t want to\, choose “Other” in the drop-down menu and then enter $0. \n\n\n\n  \n    \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\nIN-PERSON PROGRAM   \n\n\n\nSummer is here and the wetlands\, forests and shorelines of Stanley Park are full of colour! The pretty pink flowers of salmonberry transition into stunning red\, yellow\, and orange berries. Birds\, insects\, and mammals (including humans) have long been interconnected with plants during the flowering and fruiting season. Curious to find out more about local plants? Join horticulturist and environmental educator Jeannine Johnstone for an outdoor lesson in identifying these plants beyond their flowers and berries! There will be no harvesting allowed during this program.  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nPROGRAM DETAILS   \n\n\n\nAccessibility note: This program requires moving at a moderate pace with moderate inclines on some uneven surfaces such as gravel\, pavement\, and boardwalk) for up to 1.5 hours. If you have any questions about accessibility\, please email Anna at publiced@stanleyparkecology.ca  \n\n\n\nThis program will meet at the Nature House on Lost Lagoon (located near the intersection of Alberni and Chilco Street\, underneath the viewing platform) and proceed to Cathedral Trail. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a health check.  (1) (2) (3) (4) (5)  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n Terms and conditions  \n\n\n\n(1) COVID-19 protocols – By purchasing a ticket\, you are confirming you agree to filling out this health check on the day of your program.  \n\n\n\n    \n\n\n\n(2) Registration required – NO DROP-INS ARE ALLOWED.  Fees for this program are based on a sliding scale – you choose what you pay!  \n\n\n\n    \n\n\n\n(3) Weather dependent – Please check your email 12 hours before the program date and time to confirm it has not been cancelled due to inclement weather such as high winds\, heavy rain\, or extreme heat.  \n\n\n\n        \n\n\n\n(4) Program Availability – Program full or you cannot attend this day or time?  Sign up here to be notified if this program runs again in the future!  \n\n\n\n(5) Cancellation policy – We refund cancellations due to illness to keep everyone healthy\, but the number of recent cancellations is impacting our capacity to run these programs.
