SUMMARY:Glorious Gulls
DESCRIPTION:Get Tickets\n Problems using the ticket form below? You can also get tickets here. \n SPES uses the Zeffy platform to process payments\, so your entire purchase goes to us. If you’d like to help Zeffy keep running its services\, you can choose to tip them. If you don’t want to\, choose “Other” in the drop-down menu and then enter $0. \n\n\n\n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nONLINE PROGRAM \n\n\n\nWe often see gulls but did you know there’s no such thing as a “seagull”? Join birder and wildlife photographer Frank Lin on the first of a two-part series to learn about the basics (and complexities) of gull identification and behaviour during this online presentation\, with an in-person walk to follow in April!  \n\n\n\nPROGRAM DETAILS \n\n\n\nTickets must be purchased in advance. Fees for this program are based on a sliding scale – you choose what you pay!  Your contributions help us bring you more online programs like this one! Ticket sales close 30 minutes before the start of the program.  This is part of a two-part series. Attendees have the option to attend either or both events\, though tickets are separate for each.     \n\n\n\n**This program will take place on Zoom\, so please make sure you have Zoom downloaded well in advance of the webinar.  A Zoom link can be found within your confirmation email and will also be sent the day before the start of the program. Only one ticket required per household.      \n\n\n\nWe gratefully acknowledge that the land on which we gather and help steward is the unceded and traditional territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam)\, Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) Nation\, and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nation. Since time immemorial\, Coast Salish peoples have lived reciprocally with the land\, harvesting and cultivating foods and medicines and practicing ceremony. The abundance of these lands and waters\, which enables us to live\, work\, and play here today\, is a result of the past and on-going stewardship and advocacy of the Coast Salish peoples.
