If you don’t want to\, choose “Other” in the drop-down menu and then enter $0. \n\n\n\n  \n    \n  \n\n\n\n\nIN-PERSON PROGRAM​ \n\n\n\nHow well do you know the trails of Stanley Park? From the edges of the city\, to a foggy morning on Beaver Lake\, to the owls that sweep the forested trails of the Park – every season brings something new to encounter across diverse habitats. Join SPES Educator Julia Taylor in this installment of “Get to Know a Trail”\, where we explore the joys of trails across Stanley Park. This month\, we’ll explore Lost Lagoon and find out about its construction\, its role as a habitat for animals\, and more!  \n\n\n\nPROGRAM DETAILS​ \n\n\n\nAccessibility notes: This program requires moving at a moderate pace with moderate inclines on some uneven surfaces around Lost Lagoon (such as gravel and pavement) for up to 1.5 hours. If you have any questions about accessibility\, please email Julia at publiced@stanleyparkecology.ca         \n\n\n\nThis program will meet at the Nature House on Lost Lagoon (located near the intersection of Alberni and Chilco Street\, underneath the viewing platform). Please arrive 5 minutes early to sign in.  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nTerms and Conditions \n\n\n\n(1) Registration required - NO DROP-INS ARE ALLOWED.  Fees for this program are based on a sliding scale – reduced fees are available for those with financial barriers.  \n\n\n\n(2)  Cancellation policy  – We offer partial refunds for program fees up to 7 days before the program. A 20% administration fee applies. Cancellations with less than the required notice are non-refundable. We do not refund fees for late or missed programs. Please request a refund by emailing publiced@stanleyparkecology.ca. You may also choose to support our public education programming by donating your registration fee.  \n\n\n\n(3) Weather – Our tours typically run rain or shine. Rarely\, programs may be postponed or cancelled due extreme weather like high winds or extreme heat.  We will alert you by email if the program needs to be rescheduled. If the program cannot be rescheduled\, refunds will be offered with a 20% administration fee or you may choose to transfer your ticket to another program of the same value.   \n\n\n\n(4) Program Availability – Program full or you cannot attend this day or time?   Sign up here to be notified when the program runs in the future. We also have a monthly events newsletter that you can subscribe to here. \n\n\n\n            \n\n\n\nThe land on which we gather is the traditional\, ancestral\, and unceded territory of the Musqueam (xʷməθkʷəy̓əm)\, Squamish (Skwxwú7mesh)\, and Tsleil-Waututh (səlilwətaɬ) Peoples. Their stewardship and respect for this land has carried forward for thousands of years long before settlers named it “Stanley Park”.
