Organized by a collection of non-profits\, artists\, and other institutions\, the Celebration is a two-week series of events to appreciate the bird species of Greater Vancouver. Events are open to all and most are free\, with programs including bird-related workshops\, walks\, talks\, exhibitions\, and lectures. Check out all the events here: https://vancouverbirdcelebration.ca/   \n\n\n\nPROGRAM DETAILS \n\n\n\nAccessibility note: This program will take place outside of the Nature House on Lost Lagoon\, with the option to sit or stand. We will have chairs and binoculars available to borrow. If you have any questions about the accessibility of this program\, please email Julia at publiced@stanleyparkecology.ca.  \n\n\n\nTerms and Conditions \n\n\n\n(1) This is a free program! Feel free to spread the word and invite friends to drop in. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThe land on which we gather is the traditional\, ancestral\, and unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam)\, Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish)\, and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Peoples. Their stewardship and respect for this land has carried forward for thousands of years long before settlers named it “Stanley Park”.
