Volunteer Board of Directors Opportunities

We are seeking new members for our Board of Directors and welcome persons with diverse backgrounds and interest areas but have a specific need for persons with legal or human resources expertise. Previous Board experience is desirable but not necessary.

Following a governance model, our volunteer Board sets direction, acts as trustee of the organization’s assets, maintains legal requirements, and sets the organization’s standards of conduct. For more information: https://www.stanleyparkecology.ca/.
