Experience the restorative power of nature on a mindful walk in the forest. The practice of mindfulness reduces stress, anxiety and while improving concentration, inner peace, health and quality of life. This guided walk includes mindful walking theory and instructions. Presented in partnership with LearnMindfulness.org.
